Covid-19 Support and advice for local people:

A new helpline for people in need of support will go live on Monday 18 May.

Residents of all ages who are staying at home as they are more vulnerable to the impact of Covid-19, or self-isolating with no family or community support, or struggling financially can contact the new helpline to arrange for a food parcel or medication to be delivered.

The new helpline number will be 0300 3302 152 Please note – This helpline will not go live until the 18 May.

Other helplines

Older people who require advice about other services available to them, or who are just feeling lonely or isolated can still call the Pleased to Meet You helpline on 01384 812761. The helpline offers older people and younger adults who have a disability, a “listening ear” and someone to talk to about their worries. It runs Monday to Friday 9 am – 4 pm.

24-7 support line for Black Country residents requiring urgent mental health support during the pandemic. Adults, older adults, children and young people can call 0345 646 0827 (select option 2 if you live in Dudley borough)
